"Not a great fit for what I wanted"
I signed up thinking this would help me learn the kind of art style I’m actually into, but most of the lessons didn’t feel very relevant. A lot of the content is specific and starts to feel kind of samey after a while. If you’re into their exact style, it might be fine, but it really didn’t match what I was hoping to learn. For me, it ended up feeling like wasted money, it was avoidable if I’d had a clearer idea of what the course focused on beforehand

"Courses feel outdated"
I don’t know, it just feels like a lot of the lessons have been sitting there forever. I kept expecting new updates or refreshed content, but they barely seem to happen. It’s not terrible, but yeah... the courses definitely feel a bit neglected

I found it really easy to follow, and the pace felt just right. It didn’t feel rushed at all, which I appreciated, especially during the little details that could’ve been easy to miss

"Good classes, site could be smoother"
I’ve been enjoying the drawing courses, there’s a lot to watch and it’s usually easy to find something I’m in the mood for. The layout is fine enough and the videos load okay most of the time. That said, the platform itself feels a little clunky here and there. Sometimes I end up clicking around more than I should just to get back to where I left off, and the progress tracking isn’t always super clear. So yeah, overall it works and the content is good... but the usability is kinda average, not quite as smooth as I hoped

"Still Feeling Like a Beginner"
I’m still stuck feeling like a beginner, and it’s getting frustrating. I get that learning takes time, but it feels like I’m being forced to just be patient without really seeing much progress. I keep waiting for things to click, but so far it still feels like I’m standing in the same place.

"Decent lessons, frustrating billing"
The lessons themselves were okay, but I was disappointed with the subscription setup. The renewal caught me off guard, and trying to cancel wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. I just wish the billing details had been made clearer upfront so I knew exactly what I was signing up for.

"Good courses, but not really worth it for me"
There are definitely some talented artists on the site, and at first the lessons seemed promising. But once I got into the courses, they felt a bit uneven. Some sections moved way too fast, while others dragged on, so I found myself getting lost more than once.
For the price, I expected a better layout and clearer guidance on what to do next. Support was "fine" and not rude or anything, but they didn’t really help much either. In the end, I just didn’t feel like I improved enough to justify the cost.

"Yearly deal ended up being worth it"
I grabbed the yearly deal after seeing a few other people say it was a good value, i get why now. There are a ton of courses, and I like being able to bounce between basics, character drawing, and sketching without paying for each one separately. Some lessons are definitely stronger than others, but for the price, I can’t really complain. I’ve paid more for just one art class before. If you’re planning to use it a few times a week, it adds up fast. Easy to follow and feels worth it overall

"Good Courses, Community Depends on the Day"
I actually do like a bunch of the courses on 21-draw, so I don’t think it’s fair to say it’s a bad platform or anything. The lessons are solid, and if that’s mainly what you’re there for, it’s definitely useful. That said, the community part is a little inconsistent. Sometimes people are helpful and give advice, and other times it feels like nobody’s around for days. It’s not terrible, just not as active as I thought it would be. I’d recommend it more for the courses than for nonstop feedback or chatting.

I ran into a small issue with my account and wasn’t really sure what the next step was. I emailed 21 Draw support, who expects customer support to get back that quickly? But they did. The person who helped me was friendly, kept things simple, and sorted it out without turning it into a whole complicated process. Isn’t that all you really want from support? Happy with the experience overall

"Good downloads, but a little disorganized"
The files themselves were good and worked fine, but finding some of them took more effort than I expected. Things felt a bit messy to sort through. Overall, I’d say it’s still worth using, but it could definitely be organized better.

"I actually signed up by mistake and…"
I actually signed up by mistake and realized quickly that I needed to cancel. I reached out to support expecting it to be a whole thing, but they got back to me way faster than I thought they would. They sorted out the refund without making me jump through hoops, and the money was back in my account a few days later. it was a really fair and painless experience with no annoying back and forth

"Good lessons, but the tablet experience needs work"
The lessons themselves are decent, but using the site on a tablet was frustrating. Some of the buttons are way too small, and the captions/accessibility features don’t feel like they’ve been given enough attention. I kept having to switch devices just to get through things, which shouldn’t be necessary. If this platform is being offered to learners, the team really needs to take responsibility for making it usable across common devices.

I signed up after seeing the ads because the site looked super polished and the courses seemed really complete. It’s not terrible or anything, but once I got in, some of the lessons felt a bit thinner than the previews suggested. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “We’re always adding more content and improving the courses,” which is fine, but I was hoping it would already be more built out. Overall, it’s okay, just not quite what I expected from the ads.

Some of the lessons are actually really helpful and easy to follow, but others feel either too basic or like they move way too fast. I mentioned this before, but it kind of felt like nobody really read the message. Overall, the content is decent, it just isn’t as consistent as I was expecting.

The teachers are solid, honestly. Some explain things really clearly, and I liked how they actually seemed to care if people were keeping up. A couple classes felt a little random at times, but then again, that happens anywhere. Overall, I had a good experience with them

Once I finished the course, my certificate was right there and easy to download. I took that as a sign the platform is well organized, because I didn’t have to hunt around or deal with any extra steps. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I was happy with how simple it was...

I tried a few of the courses and they were okay overall. Maybe I’m just being picky because I had a specific style in mind, but a lot of the topics felt kind of similar to each other. I couldn’t really find much that matched what I was hoping to learn. It’s not bad or anything, I just wish there were more options to choose from.

"Confusing and Not Worth It"
I tried going through the exercises, but they felt confusing and didn’t seem all that useful. I kept wondering what I was actually supposed to be getting out of them. Also, maybe it’s just me, but the way some things were presented made me a little suspicious there might be extra costs or hidden fees later on, which didn’t help
